How to Perform a Self Testicular Exam | The Art of Manliness

Today we’re going to examine ourselves. And by ourselves, I mean our balls. Why, you may be asking, are we examining our bits and pieces today? Well, testicular cancer is the most common malignancy in young men between the ages of 20 and 34. It’s also is the number one cancer killer among men in this same age group. Who knew that the one thing two things that makes a man a man, can also be the very things that kill you?

Day 11
You know just last month I had my yearly physical, and not this year nor any of the previous years can I remember the Dr suggesting a testicular Exams. Now my Dr is good and I trust her hole heartedly, so what’s up? I think that for some male Dr there is some uneasiness with giving their male clients this type of exam and for a female Dr the same may be true for their male patients. Studies have shown that Dr is often uncomfortable talking about sex with their older patients because it is like talking to their parents about sex. So next time you are at the Dr ask for a Exam, the worst that could happen is that you early detection of a problem and the best… maybe a date ;)
